I pride myself on caring about each individual I coach. My goal is to keep each athlete healthy so that they may reach their goal and find new levels of fitness! Racing is uncertain at the moment. Many things are uncertain at the moment. Let's add consistency to your daily routine. Something you can look forward to each day. ABOUT ME
MR RUNNINGPAINS (M=Them R=Are) has everything to do with running. My name is Aaron Saft, and I am a father, a runner, a coach, a race director, a Running Store Owner (Foot Rx Running Asheville), and a trail maintainer.
The mission of MR Runningpains is to give back in one way or another to the communities, people, and land of Western North Carolina. It is my hope to share my passion for running with like minded folks!
